This is a combination of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Merlot (50%) has an aroma of black licorice and pepper. It has a deep ruby color and hits your palette with hints of black current, black cherry and blackberries.

The aroma of this Chardonnay resembles honeydew melon, cantaloupe and fresh peaches. This medium-full bodied white wine has a creamy finish, but isn't "fatty or buttery". It has a nice medium golden color and offers the taste of peaches, pineapple and vanilla bean.

This red wine has an aroma of fresh berries and hits of vanilla. It has a medium body, running through your glass with a ruby red to purple color. It is filled with ripe raspberry, plum and hints of cedar and black pepper. The tannins are supple with well-balanced acidity.

This Pinot Gris has good acidity and comes off nice and dry. The palette is filled with tropical fruit, pear and apple. The aroma has hints of sweet honey.

Red Wine
This is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (36%), Malbec (32%) and Cabernet Franc (32%). It has a very deep extracted color, and has flavor of plum, blueberry and tobacco that dance on the palette. While this full-bodied red wine can age well, it is very drinkable now.
This wine was voted in the "Best of" category at the NW Summit Wine Competition as have two gold medals.

This sweet white wine has an aroma of citrus blossom and jasmine. The palette displays lemon, green apple and pear. It is fresh and light with very good acidity.
